What is Rare Earth Magnet
Neodymium magnets are actually composed of neodymium, iron and
boron (they are also referred to as NIB or NdFeB magnets). The
powdered mixture is pressed under great pressure into molds. The
material is then sintered (heated under a vacuum), cooled, and
thenground or sliced into the desired shape. Coatings are then
applied if required. Finally, the
blank magnets are magnetized by exposing them to a very powerful
magnetic field in excess
of 30 KOe.

Neodymium magnets are hard, brittle and easily corrode.
- Moderate Temperature Stability.
They are working stability under 80°C for low Hci and can reach
200°C highest working temperature for high Hci.

The highest (BH)max reaches up to 51MGOe .
It choose Strip casting and HDDR technology allows us to make high
performance NdFeB over N52 possible.
- Effective Surface Treatment to Prevent Corrosion.
Surface treatments have been developed that allow them to be used
in most applications. The treatments include gold, nickel, zinc,
tin plating and epoxy resin coating.
